Concept Master Plan and design alternatives for a predominantly residential expansion of 1,950 ha to the north of Riyadh including an allowance up to 500 ha for retail and commercial activities.
The core deliverable was an Outline Master Plan and guidance document for a ‘model neighbourhood’ of 35 ha for up to 5,000 residents, incorporating residential accommodation, open space and a mix of supporting activities according to MOMRA facility standards.
