After almost two years since the completion of a masterplan for the residential district of Dubai’s International Media and Production Zone, a present day satellite image show the completion of the lagoon, primary roads and some local roads.
The image below shows this alongside the initial concept masterplan and the outline parcel plan and road network.
From concept to implementation…
The masterplan, infrastructure, building and landscape design was completed in 2013 by a multi-disciplinary team including Hyder Consulting, Arif and Bintoak architects and Verdaus landscape architects.
