Mitros City Concept Master Plan presented at the Ogun State Government Investment Forum

On 21st and 22nd May, the Concept Master Plan for Mitros City will be presented at the Ogun State Government Investment Forum in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.

Representing an area of up to 2,000 hectares that is strategically located at the edge of metropolitan Lagos and yet rooted in the natural landscape of Ogun State, Mitros City represents a unique and exciting development opportunity.

With a long frontage to both the River Ogun and the Lagos to Ibadan Expressway, the Concept Master Plan provides a framework for a mixed use development incorporating a range of residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and tourism accommodation together with supporting institutional and community facilities for up to 180,000 residents.

The structure of the Master Plan has been prepared to encourage a multi-modal transport network to improve access and  connectivity while an underlying landscape strategy seeks to mitigate site constraints and provide a variety of open spaces for leisure and recreation.
