Having submitted a Concept Master Plan for a significant mixed-use development in Nigeria in 2013 as part of an international design competition, we are delighted to have been appointed to develop this as a Comprehensive Master Plan, together with supporting guidance documentation.
The site presents a unique development opportunity, together with a number of complex physical and environmental considerations and we are very pleased to have the opportunity to consider these aspects in greater detail.
